ok seriusly folks, the next person that says the CC is forming an army or hints at it or speaks of rumours is going to court for slander/ and or libel
i dont care if i lose i will bury your char in legalities and bankrupt you
seriusly though, since most of that was OT discussion it would make sense if people would stop making rumours of their own cuz it suites them. else everyone else shall jsut do the same and this wont be a fun RP too much longer

Just because it got you into trouble is no reason to threaten IC lawsuits.
I agree, though, that most of it was probably held in Party HQ, and therefore should have been off-limits.
But, then again, I look and see things that we've said in our HQ that are quoted in other posts attributed to "military intelligence" and other such lame reasons.
If the military is spying on party HQs then it's time for an investigation of the military! No domestic spying!
I can assure you that the military at no time has ever done any spying on any party.......

About "rumours": let me remind everybody that party HQs are private. Non-members may not refer to discussions going on in party HQs in any way. Do *not* try to circumvent that rule.
That said, the CPR is not private, so I'm assuming any "rumours" about bypassing the MRC have their (legitimate) source there. As regards the CC's aborted plans for a militia, that was indeed mentioned in the Government-thread (and yes, CC-members did use the term "mock army").
And just for general reference: if you feel that another player is using material or information that is off limits, send me a pm and I'll have a look (if I haven't done so already); the same goes for infractions on other rules, disruptive behaviour, detrimental gameplay etc. All complaints of that kind should be taken up with the GM Admin - that's what I'm there for (well, it's part of the job at least ).

Think Commission for the Investigation of Membership in the World Trade Organization. (now breath in and out a few times) I think Dan Hartwell ought to be on the Commission, since he is MDIA. However, Shiiuga, former MDIA is currently in his position. So my question is, should I:
1. Replace Shiiuga with Dan Hartwell, since Shiiuga no longer is MDIA?
or
2. Change Shiiuga to "interested party" and put Dan Hartwell on as MDIA, so both stay on the Commission?

I'd recommend a 'News Source' roll call, kinda like the parliamentary one, where editors say their paper's name and the ones that aren't claimed get obliterated.

I think all the Eutopia history, maps, and all that sort of stuff should stay Linked. They're good to look at from time to time, for reference.
