From where I look at it, that insults Craig's character, not him personally. When he argues with, lets say Josephus, he doesn't take it personally. Plus it wasn't me who said it.

(OOC: Hate to intrude like this, but you actually don't need to any of that. To get something declared unconstitutional, you just have to come into my office, cite the part(s) of the Constitution it violates, and leave it in my hands. Take a look my AG's Office thread and see the way other cases were handled.
