I was sort of kidding. We have had three "criminal masterminds", four if you count an NPC who still appears from time to time. I guess it's safe to reveal them as they are no longer active characters. Two were quite good, Petrarca and Voshkod. Petrarca's schemes were subtle (maybe too subtle as no one ever seemed to suspect anything!) while Voshkod's were sometimes audacious, but keenly effective. The third one? Well, we don't speak much of that anymore.
However, with criminal masterminds we end up with a lot of back and forth between whomever plays the criminal and whomever plays law enforcement, back and forth and back and forth. And when only 1 or 2 people are in law enforcement, it makes for a lot of work on their time....even if they'd rather do something else.
I think you could easily be an "eccentric" millionaire, with a sinister side. But it would be best if you tried to achieve your evil through manipulating politicians, controlling the media, tricking other players into doing your bidding, rather than building satellite-lasers, killer sharks that shoot killer bees out of their gills, or exploding Topa root cigars - that James Bond villain stuff is a little hard to work around for other players and the GMs.

Embezzle money, separate state so it will create real mess in administration and make sure local police and eutopian one will stay separated, this way S.A.W can't share it's informations with local police and even if they would find out what I did I'm safely here in Eutopia and so far no agreement was signed that could make it possible for me being arrested and handed over to Tilapia.
+ I am quite popular in Puerto (I think I still am, well at least I'm not thought of as of villain) so no one would think that such a kind man that used to run charity organization would ever do such thing...
Ok ok, I'll stop my narcissistic post already, but if there is one thing I know from James Bond series it is that no evil genius or his partner ever said enough of his plans, they always have to say everything, and sadly to wrong persons.
If I create bill for a committee, who would be able to be on it (Senators, MGAs, Ministers, etc.) do I as the bill-writer get to choose who is on it, or is it merely determined by Senate, etc. (Mods)?
