Well, Josephus....nice speech...How many more you got up your sleeve? I still have two more to do tomorrow and two for monday...Might even squeeze one more out as well...I've done 18 speeches so far...I'll have at least 22 for this campaign. Geez, I work hard...Hope the voters appreciate it...I kind of wonder if it is a Eutopian record for campaigning?
I changed my mind....I now will have five more speeches to give...Boy, the work I do...You gotta LOVE this game!

Switzerland under Napoleon had "Helvetic Republic" on their flag...
So the concept is not entirely out of the ordinary... But I'd rather avoid it entirely by voting against that flag proposal

Traditional flags were designed to be recognized by illiterate soldiers. While our education system could be improved, I think our populace is fairly literate. Also, the "lettered" flag proposal could help promote the tourist trade.

He means non-OT forums where you get posts counted towards your total. In some of those places, people get pretty serious.

Careful, overkill can be a bad thing.
Don't take the post in the UEF thread as any sort of personal punishment or sanction or anything. I'm just trying to model a fickle electorate that can sway back and forth based on a candidate's tie or pronunciation of "chowder", etc.

Man. You know you've been kicked in the teeth and left for dead when the GM steps in to save you.
At least the GM didn't step in to kick you in the teeth and leave you for dead. Or hit you with a bag of doorknobs and leave you for dead.
