Mel- How can one vote for three candidates for President when there are only TWO viable candidates? Round robin is all well and good but shouldn't we be only putting myself and Sterkam on the ballot as President? Which means casting one or the other as 1 and 2 and there would be no 3. Correct?

Gah. as nice as proposal 9 looks, the idea of yet another country with a Blue, White, and Red flag is just... unoriginal... although it is an interesting flag design..
