If you're a minister in any capacity, you are always allowed in the Cabinet room. If you're deputy, then it's fuzzier, usually you have to be invited. I believe you're acting deputy in Loic's absence, right? Then you'll probably be allowed, but it never hurts to ask the President's permission first.

Say Mods, on Naval Traditions, what about Eutopian Admirals waving their own flag on their flagship, not as a substitute for the national flag but as one of those secondary ones?

So, under the national flag, a Eutopian admiral would have their own flag as well? Could be an old tradition from the days of the monarchy, and seen by some of the sailors as such, but sure, I see no problem with it.
Yeah or on the 'mast' where there is also the flag of the nation the vessel is in

Oh do you? Like which ships went to which navy? That's the sort of thing I'd like to have (though we've been discussing possible changes since the breakup...still it'd be an excellent reference if it's accurate
). Can you send it my way? What format is it?
It's on a excell file. The original one (used before the break-up) was made by peo who must be remembered by the veterans. I modified it a bit after the break-up though the question of the Undeniable was never totally cleared up IIRC. I can send it to your E-mail if you can give me your adress
