Just a suggestion...
I understand that new cabinet ministers appointed mid-term like their own threads, but wouldn't it be easier to continue using the thread created at the beginning of the term, especially since that would seem to grant the new minister access to any private files of the outgoing minister? It would also mean fewer threads and no need to update the "links R us" thread as often.

I'm planning to expand the transport system and contracting out the work to Al'Aeshir. Is this possible?
Hey all,
Just a quick note to let you all know that I've concluded my vacation and started my study-abroad-ness, so I've been checking in occasionally over the last few days. I'm not going to be posting again until August when I return to the 'States, but in the meantime I'm keeping posted on the rather important developments that are being worked on. Just in case there's any question (and I'm sure there's not, but I'm an obsessive base-coverer), Hawk and Voshkod operate with my full approval in all the "Changes" stuff. So if things change in a big way before I've fully returned in August, they change with my blessing.
Hope everyone's been well, and I'm glad to see so many involved in the discussion thread on the game's future. I'd like to personally thank unclebryan for his advice to remember to "look right" before crossing the street...it saved the life of every member of my family (including me) at least twice apiece (and my mom probably eight times...I had to regularly lunge into traffic to pluck her back to safety). Hope everyone's doing well, see you in August.

Now that signing an export certificate is public, there will be an investigation. Loic feels that you will want to concentrate on your defense, that dealing with this will take too much time away from running the ministry.

Well, yes, but fortunately this is the OOC, where the "real life" of Eutopia's political realities need not intrude.
My sympathy and condolences to any one impacted by today's bombings in London. For the last two years I lived there, I used to commute to the Aldgate or Aldgate East tube stop, so I know on of the areas well. Some of my former co-workers could have been impacted, but the people I have kept in touch with have changed jobs since I moved away, as it was 10 years ago.
Of course my voice unites with UB and Jcolson about the tragic happenings of London.

Quite. Two weeks ago I was moving through Kings Cross every day at that time, as we'd rented a flat not far away. Very unsettling.
