Just start a thread. It will be assumed that your character has any necessary permits. As long as you don't plop it next to a school, it should be fine.

Now that you're back in the game, do you no longer have responsibility for characters from St. Esprit? If you've had that responsibility any time that I've been playing the game, that is. I saw an old thread saying you held that role, but your long dormancy could be an indicator that that's been passed on.
Incidentally, somebody should probably get round to telling Berenguerr what Gonzov left him. Not that he'll do much useful or new with any of it, but I'm already planning the funeral. What relatives does he have that I'd have to liaise with?
