Thannks Park, I was in a rush typing it (Meh, who needs spelling, I've gotten this far without it).
Now, onto business. If I may, I'll give a brief analysis of where we stand, in my eyes.
We have, in my opinion, been the strongest party in the GA. We avoided getting bogged down in the Speaker or Budget debates, we can been as a level headed party, not one to jump on issues and shout our heads off. The Census bill and the Referendum will probably pass multi-partisanlly, good calls. We will run into trouble with another bill I'd like to see, and Major Braxton's sports bill. The conservatives will attack it, but frankly if you push the fact that the budget is coming out of your office's budget, they shouldn't complain too loudly.
Per. Wamo, Gonzov and Reverend Park, excellent work. And Braxton, on the ministry front. If you get some publicity for your plan I think it will do us good. I need to kick up my ministry work a notch, I've got some plans but need to get feedback first. If we can be active, and communicative I think we can take a great deal of the next election.
You will notice that the PoL has suddenly unleashed a barage on the SiG's. Luckily none of those are big proponents of ours, frankly few of them will ever support the ELP. But I think we can nab a few. The SGG could be ours, lately I have been stressing the confusion and secrecy of the government, that will be a big campaign theme next round. Also, this whole speaker mess and the coalition will score us big points, I believe.
I will continue speeches to the public (thank you to those party members who have aided these speeches, we can hit them out in public, and they have no recourse) when issues arise, especially if they shoot down the monarchy referendum. If so, consider the election ours.
I know I am looking ahead but it doesn't hurt to plan early. Per Park, you have established yourself very well in the GA, and Gonzov, having your experience in there is helpful, especially in the leadership position. Major Braxton, excellent work as well, once your bill hits we will get you a great deal more publicity. I think the ELP has sort of faded into the background, what with all the scandals and events. That is a good thing, because it means we are getting things done. I especially love the subtle attacks against the coalition, we can use those come election time.
