I think the GM should get in touch with HoG and Temu and receive whatever confidential information it is they have.

If what HoG says is right it appears we should not allow Sadistik as a sub. But that is impossible for the rest of us to judge as we do not know the facts.

But it is good this is brought into daylight 24 hours before start. The last time I experienced this was some 6 months ago when dago suddenly claimed a certain player (whose name will be left anonymous ) would sub for him two hours into the session and one other player (likewise left anonymous ) refused to accept the sub. The GM King John were able to persuade the refuser while the rest of the players sat waiting at the rehost. But it was close the whole session had to be aborted.

Now the GM has 24 hours to sort this out. That should be sufficient.

It's been recieved Daniel, the matter is rather that this sub was found by Ryo and supported by him, then opposed by HoG (and legitimate concerns) so I was stuck between 2 players. If I was sole GM I would have made a decision but as i'm not I left it up to Cas, though his current absence may prove to be a dillemma. That two players have severe concerns may change things, however I feel this isn't just about the sub.

I'll talk with Faello and see what he thinks, it may be that Bob will sub poland.

BTW, I love how you talk Daniel, it always gives me the early morning chuckles.

I remember (not sure which game) once upon a time someone asked Sad to sub in a game I was in and HoG opposed for the reasons stated above. I told HoG a player was free to pick his own sub and that we shouldn't veto a player based on something that happened more than a year ago. I was wrong. I don't remember all the details of that game, but enough to remember it was horrible. I would rather have AI Poland getting edited up than Sad, and that's in Faello's best interest, imho.

BTW I got +1MP for my AAR. Buuuh. I want deflation Although that is a mere 0.2%. But money then... That would have been ever better! At my income rate 300d is around 6 months minting IIRC - thus around 0.5% deflation.

Either a standard AAR reward or let the players choose the reward from a list. The latter gives a larger opportunity for skill. I want more skill in the game. It is apparent that some GM(s) prefer more luck than skill - judging from the extreme events that exist in the extended event set of this scenario.

Polish Kingdom History - years 1492 - 1510

Polish Kingdom at the end of the XV cent. was quite strong country with good manpower and decent army, but nobility demanded moree and more privilages, which stopped economical development of the country.

Unfortunately, King couldn't stop "Szlachta" efficiently and soon polish domestic policies were changed more into decentralization and aristocracy.

Altough, with some internal problems, Poland managed to make some succesful diplomatic and political moves. Deal between Muscovy and Poland about Eastern Territories opened good relations between both countries, and probably spared life of thousands soldiers. In 1492 Poland attacked Prussia to finally add this territory to glorious polish realm. In 1493 Prussia was defeated and Polish king annexed this territory, boosting income and polish manpower.

Polish King was sure that Margrave of Brandenburg will try to DoW him soon, so mighty polish army of 120 000 soldiers attacked Brandenburg in 1495, quickly overruning BB provinces and deafeating small english expeditionary corps. Soon Polish king realized that he was tricked and elector had no intention to attack Poland - Polish army withdrawed from Margravate territory and send gifts to help BB fight other german minors.

Soon, Polish King spotted better opportunity to gain territory - mighty Turkish army attacked Hungary, Bohemian ally - Polish Army soon entered bohemian borders and overruned whole country in a year. Emperor demanded payment for rights to Bohemia, so rights were bought for 350 d.
Soon, almost whole Bohemia and Silesia were incorporated to mighty Polish Kingdom. Soon Teutonic Order was divided in secret agreement with Swedish goverment, and Lithuanian army entered TO borders to annex it into Lihuanian realm.

Poland managed to build alliance composed of Poland, Moldavia and Lithuania. History will show if Polish Commonwealth is strong enough...

I think that word of two perms should mean something. How come Sadistik is playing again? How can we boot perm for any sub??? And it is not only HoG. I have nothing personall against Sadistik but I belive Tem and if he said Sad is a wrong choice why, who and by what info managed to boot perm for the sake of some sub? How that happened K'shar? Untill Caslu is back you are in charge as second GM.

It's a little more complicated then that, as the GMs were locked in vote and Cas is mia. I left it up to faello and the initiative of HoG to get anotoher sub and convince faello to switch. This he did not do, nor seem interesting in discussing, and everytime we did talk (and I was the only GM to do so with him) it was more like a festival of repelling insults (on decision making) than a discussion. I tired quickly, nonetheless he was told to still showup and that most probably Bob or another would sub.
