The Polish sub situation needs addressing. Like I said, I won't play with Sadistik again under any circumstances. He's up there with Byng as far as wrecking his countries is concerned.

If you guys really need a sub for next session, I could play the second part. At 1400 GMT I probably won't be near the computer, but I should be available by 1600-1630 GMT

HoG, while I understand you have your personal concerns over this player, unless Cas vetoes it I will not oppose his subbing. The choice is up to Faello, if he has no issue with Sadistik then neither do I. I have no prior history with the mate and no reason to judge him so harshly.
If you really intend to quit or hold us ransom over this I will not be inclined to beg your remaining in the game. Be at least a little flexible and put your sentiments aside for the games health.
If Sadistik disobeys Faello's instructions or somehow ruins Poland he will not only be booted from the game but extensive edits will be committed to repairing the situation, and indeed Ryo will also suffer bad rep for this. As it stands though, Sadistik will sub ... so the ball is in your court.
Make the smart choice.

Like I said, Sadistik is a known cheater and has wrecked every country I've ever seen him play, often on purpose.
He's not fit to sub the game. You want to let him do it anyway, fine. But I won't play a game with him in it, anymore than I'd play a game with Skrrrt, Byng, et al.

Well, Ryo offered me Sadistik as sub for Poland - I agreed and said thx - Ryo said that he will be proper player to handle Poland - I don't know anything about this player so I cannot judge him - Ryo ( GM ) recommended him so I have nothing against it. I doubt that I will have possibility to find other sub ( especially that gametime is against us ).
More or less, i prefer human player than AI or being ghosted ( and that wouldn't be good for Poland at the beginning ). So I accept Sadistik as a sub.
EDIT: btw. Bob will probably sub Lithuania once again ( at least I will ask him to finish the job with Teutonic Order ) - I hope that nothing will collapse in this Saturday :wacko:

I think the GM should get in touch with HoG and Temu and receive whatever confidential information it is they have.
If what HoG says is right it appears we should not allow Sadistik as a sub. But that is impossible for the rest of us to judge as we do not know the facts.
But it is good this is brought into daylight 24 hours before start. The last time I experienced this was some 6 months ago when dago suddenly claimed a certain player (whose name will be left anonymous ) would sub for him two hours into the session and one other player (likewise left anonymous ) refused to accept the sub. The GM King John were able to persuade the refuser while the rest of the players sat waiting at the rehost. But it was close the whole session had to be aborted.
Now the GM has 24 hours to sort this out. That should be sufficient.
