In most civilised manner and with respect towards English power peace can only be achieved if we reach consensus about NA. If that is achieved French court can consider not to demand compensation for this costly war caused with English blockade in NA and subsequent Austrian meddling. Knowing how our negotiations went I doubt we can reach agreement. The main problem is that our diplomats do not speak the same language and informations are transfered through grunts and gestrudes. Any idea that is falling on my mind, instead of bricks, is that we use option of foreign commision which can intermediate negotiations.

The Spanish Emperor wishes to act as mediator between England and France. I am sure an agreement can be reached if demands are reasonale.

Well as the unquiestionable aggressor , I hardly see how France can ask for compensation unless total victory is in their hands. Though i'm open to perhaps involving a mediator ... but one of less biased opinion then Spain would be nice.

In other news, the Doge is most dissapointed in the Czar, he backed the Sultan of the Sublime Porte over a god-fearing christian even as the ottoman empire was the aggresor, combining this with some questionable decisions in the poland and swedish matters has confused and saddened the doge.
Venice would also like to affirm the opening of cordial relations with Austria to combat the Turkish threat, Poland will also be made welcome in the Merchant republic. Also we wish to sign a white peace as soon as possible with the shah/king/prince/vizier/grand high poobah of Persia.

We have a diplomacy thread for this stuff... Luckily I didn't give you anything in the Inheritance event now you think you can excomunicate Austria, which means kinda nothing to me... Your state of war with the English pushes me into friendship with K'shar, so don't blame me, blame yourself.

I suggest all claims on territory east and north of the R. Missisippi (not including the R. Masouri) should be dropped by the French, except any colonies they have in that region. How does that sound?

Edit: Just saw the other proposal in the diplo thread, I dunno if thats a done deal but it doesn't sound too dissmilar from my proposal.

well, to put it simple it meant that Spain will be in constant state of war preparation against Austria, no relations will be between the 2 countries(commercial or royal marriage or anything), no member of Spain's alliance will have those kind of relations with Austria or immediatly banned, no recognition of Austrian rights on any lands perhaps except Austria proper, no friendly relations with Austria's allies, no scruples in choosing allies against Austria, war with Austria will be always preffered to another one(for example i will sign WP with OE even if i have positive WS, if at the same time i am at war with austria, so i can better concentrate on the austrian front).

I've talked with F51 and we have a new thing in our game:

1) F51 wont be able to show up this session since it is a holiday in Canada (Queen's Victoria day);

2) He will leave Mughals because it got unplayable after so many absences from him. Considering that now Austria is a superpower we now will have a NL, which will be an Austrian vassal for at least 20 years.

3) So, F51 is moving from Mughals to NL, ie, from Asia to Europe, like you wanted.

So when we finish our next session, Engel will have to release NL so in the "next next" F51 will take NL.

Does someone reject this?

oh, how I wish this would be true However there is a main problem here spelled Russia who seems to be on quite friendly terms with the Turksies lately Right now I'm a bit weaker than both of those two, and I don't think I will get overly superior to them if I vassalize the mugghies and take dravidian culture+Ganges. I think it'll be a nice threesome between three about equal land powers, don't forget that OE has begun colonizing Africa and Russia has reached the pacific. Since both of these two are expanding I need to as well

Add to this my fericious, completely unbased (In game terms at least) and slightly ridicolous hatred against the uber alliance in the west Every nation in the world has the Mullahs word not to attack them while they are at war with any member of this axis of evil and all members of the alliance can expect an embargo from the Indian cots in a near future
