Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience i caused.
I admit i might have pissed off some people in this first session but i dont think i really did THAT bad!

But all criticism is constructive, I know and i have a lot to learn until i become an experienced player like all of you.

Fnuco.

Well, you are not inexpirienced at all! Newbie?? You don't seem newbie to me. If anyone is newbie here it's me. It has been ages since I have played this and haven't Cas told me what is strait I wouldn't know that Calais strait can be crossed with foot soldiers. You did a great job and at the moment I belive you are the king of this castle. Congratulations.

I desperately wanted to stay out of this discussion but I simply can't listen this without comment. Well about ego.... I think Frank's ego is hurt and speaking nonsense. No offense Frank - we all have ego and a sensitive one, for that matter.

No need to appologise Fnuco, you did a great job without dirty tricks and if someone envies you (all included) it's their problem.

My opinion is that Italy can be one far front for Spain and Frank should know this without me telling him that!!! Fight or die (leave session) Frank. Just don't cry pleeease. It makes me sick. Ask somebody for help -there is no shame in that. Change country - take some other nation if this Venice doesn't fits you. Just don't play a spoiled child pleeease. No offense! I really have no intention to hurt anyone but this is ridicoulous - give me everything or I won't play with you?!?!?!?!?!?!

Seeing how he dow'ed me a few minutes before I'd leave (and he knew that very well) and how he seem to have ignored co-GM's requests it isnt all the unbased I think. Anyway, I was just asking. If overall wp cant be done, could I transfer some of my edits to poor ol mams? They have suffered a lot while I was away it seems :(

Well, if we hold to Cas's ruling, Jamala would be the OE perm, so first discuss matters with him. Then we can talk about edits.

From what i saw, von diplomacy dowed Persia and Mamluks and broke the truce. Thats brillant..... It seems for me that he was just eager to get some fighting.
What an useless war.
I can agree to white peace with Persia under the condition I get my stability back to +2 and if its possible, if I will get some money compensation for expenses.

As a summary of last session - my first intention weas to fight Persia, especially when he expressed his demands on Mameluks, but in the meantime Persia allied Mameluks, so there was no real point in fighting them. Plus i got nice naval leader, and Venice seemed ready for ripe. It's as simple as that - when infidels quarrel, that`s always a gain for the Sultan. First war was a really short one, afer i succesfully besieged Korfu and won the battle in Dalmatia ( or istria, i dont remember ), Venice quickly gave up.
Second one was a trickier one, I dowed to come to France aid, and had to fight Austrains and Venetians combined. Ah, before it I also forcevassalized Georgia and Ionia rebelled to me.

So, back to the war, after initial success Infidels came back with big armies, i lost Bosnia and Serbia, but our naval leader ruled the waves. After getting land 9 and raising new army, i started to regain lost terrain. Venice ceded Crete ( i think it was automatic peace or sth, not shure what happend )
As an outcome WP was signed between Aus and OE.

Ah, of course, during this war also Persia backstabbed, there was no actual fighting, and i quickly ceded 1 province toi Mameluks ( no big deal)
Thats pretty much it, what worries me is the 4 % inflation, but on the other hand i used wartaxes once and got one corruption event.

Last word - if WP with Persia please dedit my stab back, that was so stupid when sub broke the truce.

Spain 1492 - 1506

23443561-spanishCoA.JPG

The Reconquista is over. Castille and Aragon are united. We are a great european nation. People will learn to respect and fear us.

We own the Iberian peninsula, together with our friend and neighbor, king Joao of Portugal. The Canary Islands, the Baleares, Sardinia, Sicily and Malta are also ours.

I never thought all those armies we used against the Moors would rebel and become common delinquents. We need some military activity to keep them busy until our Catholic kings can better organise our country.

A part of them has embarked on three warships and set sail to India, which we plan to reach by sailing west. The rest were put under the command of our great leaders, the Old Duke of Alba and El Gran Capitan. As king of Aragon, His Royal Majesty has claims on all of Italy. The rising power of Venice in the north was a reason enough to garrison some troops in Naples.

When a false Pope usurped the Holy Father's earthly title our loyal allies in Naples declared war to support the real Bishop of Roma. Our armies under El Gran Capitan's command conquered Rome and then marched towards Romagna, leaving Marche to Naples to siege. However, while the army was heading north, our valiant general heard the Venetians managed to take control of the Holy City. So, when he showed up on the Romagnan battlefield, he personally took control of the siege and showed the merchants how wars are fought. Meanwhile Naples conquered Marche so the Papal State held no lands. We demanded Romagna in a peace deal and we received it. Venice continued the war and annexed Marche to their republic.

Finally some peace for the Spanish... But Venice would not stop with angering the entire Christian world by vassalizing the Pope, no! They declared war on Siena and Tuscany. The first was conquered, while the second was reduced to a one province puppet. Still real patriots still existed in Firenze and Spain supported a young noble who claimed the throne. In the following war, the young Medici died, so Spain had to ensure the protection of the Tuscans by including them in our glorious kingdom.

Columbus discovered India! Or did he? A strange new world welcomed our colonists... The rich West Indies attracted more and more people and soon a city rose on the island of Hispaniola.

The Infidels were thrown out of Spain, as Spaniards became less and less tolerant to other religions. Of course these requested help from their infidel friends in Africa. The time was now for another crusade against the pagans. While king Joao of Portugal conquered all of Morocco except for the capital, the Old Duke of Alba crossed the Gibraltar Straits and took the Moroccan capital. Algiers was next on the list. After a long and bloody war, our enemies were left with only a small province around their capital.

France requested our help in Picardie against the Bohemians and Bavarians sieging the king's castles. El Gran Capitan's expedition in Flandern was a big success, the Catholic Kings therefore being recognized as loyal allies by the King of France.

Further expeditions by Amerigo Vespucci and Vicente Yanez Pinzon revealed the African coast and made contact with a primitive pagan but rich civilization in the New World. An army is on the way to Hispaniola to link up with the native recruits there. The pagans will be introduced to the might of Spanish armies!

Well AAR for France is a simpler one. If I wanned to represent it in one continuous, constantly repeating sound it would be; klang, klang, klang, klang, klang. One poet could find many more words to expres what happened so the poem could sound like;

Bum
Tras
Klang
f...! English navy!! Run!!!
Bang

Spain and Venice have made significant progress in peace talks mediated by France. The recent meeting in Firenze was actually quite successful. An agreement has been signed, and we wait only for the doge's consent to publicly present it to all Europe.

Seems we forgot the all-important Mughals.

I don't think a WP is in order, unless you allow OE to keep fighting with the mams.

Also, K'shar, we need to talk on 1) Which cultures I get, and 2) the governors and a reduction in inflation to make up for the unfairness.

Yeah, I forgot to change the tag to the Mughals ... from the Timurids.

1) A matter to be discusses with Cas, though last I heard it was no cultures beyond the scenario set and aboriginal.

2) You and Persia will both get 3 governers and a .5 percent reduction.
