Guys achieving almost 1700s there is some considerations that I would like to make:

1) We are doing fine so far... Average of 20 years per session with little operational problems;

2) We have now (finally), a real good, permanent and regular group. This is very important, because despite the fact that we dont have a lot we have exactly what we need for a good game. This also mean more stability to the game, as ppl wont get subbed every time;

3) We are also having a great time playing.... The game is funny, if a lot of possibilities. Nothing is really decided at all, wars, diplomacy, intrigues are things that i can see in the near future...

4) We are respecting each other, with no big personal conflicts, despite the fact that sometimes this game make us lose our mind

That is it, guys. I am having good times and I am glady to play with you. Lets keep the good work

Okey! sorry to not vrite u before but i was having my favourite MP game last night!
so i would be venice... well im overruned by spain, he will start stabhit me and force to peace. i will be a vasal or somethink because i dont want to loose terrians...
i would like to ask for some edits:
-land tech from 24 to 28 (u all have 30 or even more)
-inflation edit from 9.1 to zero

+personal ask if u feel it could be done: give me 2or 3 war manufactures pls!

however after heard that how the war started i must offer a peace to spain what stand till siesson start. i like fair peaces so this is my offer:

-venice became vasal and defensive allies of spain for the next 10years. alliance can be made longer if we feel to do it later...
-for this i would like to ask trade agreement from spain (also financial support(ks of gold) would mean all out alliance after the 10 years

if the war continues because spain say no, let it be. maybe i wont be a vasal but i will have no TA and money... dont looking too good. i want peace :rofl:

Im confused as to why now we are recruiting a Venice player? Would it not make more sense that we have a Mughal Empire considering their far better position and previous edits?

I simply fail to see why earlier when Venice was in far better shape and an ally of Spain you all decided for no venice (and a mughal empire) and now that the AI venice is an ally of England and practically occupied you welcome a player in?

It all seems rather odd to me.

When ALfonso said that he wants to play a weekend game I said taht in my game we have slots for Mughals and Venice.

I told him that Venice was destroied by the war (as it was played by AI) and in the other hand Mughals is in wonderful shape, lot of lands and manus, lots of possibilities and in Orthodox tech group. If you doubt it plz check this link:

But Alfonso choosed Venice... Dont know why, maybe he thinks that Mughal will be much more isolated from a point of view.

BTW, this isnt the first time that you criticize me in public, saying that I favoured my country being the GM. I would like to know if you have some problem as me the GM... I always respect you and I demand respect... I just dont like to be accused by sth that I dont like: "Being thief".

Spain offered me peace about loosing 5terrians 15k gold offers and more was discussed. but i feel if i get the edits what i requested i stay in war.
And i played as mughal in a perm game for 5 sieesons but i think it is very booring. Venice means something, hard but could have a good future.

Its simple cas, very few GMs would allow a new nation at this point especially one in Venice's current situation. I just disagree with the concept of assuming venice is even open .... If you take a disagreement of opinions as a personal affront, I simply can't help you there.

If England had occupied BB and they had been AI for 4 sessions and all of a sudden I found a player to take them the next session would you not find this a bit abnormal?

edit: Furthermore, i'm criticizing the groups opinion (or lack thereof) on this matter, not specefically yours. It was only yesterday that I learned of a new Venice possibly coming in and I was surprised that no one saw this as odd. Don't take all matters as a personal attack unless I specefically say cas your a freakin #$&#4$ etc etc.

I dont agree with you. Actually I've never closed Venice at all, I just said that i cant hold them anymore as everyone wanted to smash them (cicero, you and Balinus). i hold it as long as I could as Venice is a good nation to play. Also, if you want to check, in our first page i said that Venice was open for new players a long time ago!

I also never took things as personal, as I always fight against this. But this is the second time that you are saying that me, especifically, took a gamey decision.

I agree with Inflation edit but not to put it in zero, but in 3-4%.

Land techs is sth that we didnt edit, but in compesation we can give you 2 DP clicks, and that all. As Venice isnt in a desperately situation and already got a lot of edits during this game.

About your proposal to end the embargo I am considering it if good will, I also can send you gifts and loans.

I don't think we should add venice back in. It has been a dead nation walking for quite some time now. We edited up the Mughals several sessions ago and now my Russia has been having to deal with an improved and aggressive Mughals. It doesn't make sense to stick someone in venice now when they are in the process of being carved up when we have a perfectly viable Mughals that are wreaking havoc with my Russia by DOWing me every 5 years.

Lets not edit up another nation and then have the player moved to a new nation next session or to have him disappear. The only nation that is currently available are the Mughals and if he doesn't want to play them then sorry but this game is coming to the end very shortly and maybe he will still be around when a new game is started.

My thought about this matter :

What is sad is that the initial state of the system is that Venice was allied to Spain and Austria. Now suddenly, the final state of the system is that Venice is allied to England and France. So i think that this is special considering the fact that France and England never helped Venice (to my knowledge).

Also, i want to know the intentions of Alfonso V. I mean, will you play until the end of the game or will you leave after 1 or 2 sessions?
