If Bodvar is going to play Hamachi will have to be used anyway. I'd recommend everyone gets it if we are playing with it, seems to minimise the stability issues.

Random number generator, you will get at least 1 admiral and at least 1 general, and cannot get more than 3 admirals and 3 generals and averaged out people will get about 3 leaders (1 general, 1 admiral and 1 more)

the system is flawed, why did i get 2 generals and 2 admirals?

i'd like it if we could nominate at least WHAT KIND of leaders we get, if not the number of leaders.
