He can handle it.
The main requirement is that all the players playing will need to be stable connection-wise, and know the basics of conducting themselves in a multiplayer game (i.e. don't tab out while connecting, etcetera)

I can also understand that they don't need to be a major, but without events, austria is just a small hre minor.
Events are pretty defining for every country, when all is said and done (England, Sweden, Russia, etc. etc. etc.)

I would like to advocate strongly for matija and anibal, since they were excellent subs in the previous reloaded and deserve a spot above others who did not participate in the game at all.
