I'm not sure about the game today (1749) if the Mughals are still good They are losing several provinces to the OE, and probably Portugal will DOW them. They already lost several provinces to rebels in past years.
For Unleashed II the Timurids could be a nice country to play.
And Byng, the only thing that England needs to avoid USA to appear is crush rebels. And if you take the unhistorical choices in the events you will have lower RR I think.

Well, it seems that we ahve more than enough players for our next game. But I would like to repeat what I said earlier: it will really create a tight situation in the north if we have Denmark, Sweden, Brandenburg, Poland and Russia all player controlled - and at the same time has noone in Italy and noone to counter OE.
The north will struggle for few provinces (and since I'm the weakest one there, it won't be enjoyable!
) while France, Spain and Austria can go on a rampage in Italy (my precious)...Am I the only one who is concerned by that? It will give the southern nations a huge advantage - besides from the fact that they are generally much stronger than the northern nations in 1492...
Well, Venice alone tends to take all of the italy or most of it. Without it, the area will be a battlefield between France, Spain and Austria, so I dont see much problem with it.
I would prefer Venice and Papal States then... it would be more convoluted... but i think we have already many players... imagine find subs for the missing ones
This week's session was a disaster. Subs that are more gamey than interested in enjoying the game. Lag issues. Connection issues.
I don't play this game to be like Age of Empires. When I'm in the mood to run around breaking things, I'll put that in.

I agree with that. We will have a battleground in Italy and another in the HRE and the Baltic. I think that could work fine.
If we can agree on a system of limited wars, Battleground: Italy could actually be quite fun.
A french/spanish war over italy should for instance not include burning of TPs in the orient or skirmishes in the low countries..

I was not impressed by your behaviour and unless you shape up, you will not be entering any games I host.
I don't care who you know or how well you think you play. I care about keeping a good and enjoyable climate for all players.
If you think you can keep cool, you can play. If not, don't even bother.

By your post and Slargos it seems we had some troubles
BTW, no luke in trying to solve my connection problem...
It seems I am still not able to connect to games, in vnet or by direct IP.
I think it has something to do with the tech from the phone company changing my connection from the USB device to a LAN port.
Unfortunelly, i tried to reinstall the adsl with usb drives, but it does not work. So, iam stuck with a LAN ethernet connection wich works fine to acess the net, but seems does not like Europa Universalis game
As I said, i can enter Valkirie net, but when i try to join the host it says "game not found at this adress: check your internet connection or try again"
Same when i tried to join IP game.

The problem is... one of the things i like the most in this game is diplomacy.
I dont want to see players who would screw that. So lets think a lot before adding someone to the game.
BTW, Duuk, Arckduke (do i see a namimg patern here ?
) and Mulliman are/were great addictions to our game. They do follow the spirit of Europe Unleashed. So, lets be carefull before expandind the numbers of players even more, so we not get one that play this like humm... Age of Empires.. with a Rush to conquer territory and screw the game.
Well Camisa, we didn't play at all today. Or maybe like 3 years. Anyway France was facing a Netherlands/Austria/Sweden invasion with no allies so for you it was probably best we didn't go on.
I agree with the others that we should be selective when choosing new players.
I honestly can't stand people who play gamey and tell others to F**k theirselves.
