It is interesting how the emperor chose to insult the new Danish king as his first (and second) dicplomatic act. While others have been friendly and honourable, the emperor starts acting as if Denmark were a vassal of Austria. But Denmark answers to noone, especially not the seemingly insane emperor.
What Denmark spends her money on and who we loan it from is no business of the emperor. And Denmark can nothing but laugh at an emperor who doesn't even know the borders of his own empire (Jylland is not part of the HRE).
The proud and honourable king of Denmark is generous though, and therefore wants to give the confused emperor some advice: Do not try to control what is out of reach.
But of course, Austria is free to send it's navy and invade us...
