And to be fare, a really strange choice of a name for DLC, considering that cossacks will be just one of the estates availble only for east europeans and not a main theme for DLC.

Was this in a dev diary? I don't remember it at all, but it sounds like it could be great. Will this be a way to circumvent the "you hate this country, so you can't ally with them" issue? If so, this will be my second favourite feature after the Estates system.
