So if I got the Deluxe preorder through Gamersgate when I get my key on release will I get the preorder icon and the regular game icon?

As it looks right now, pre-orders will receive one special icon while others receive another. This may change (to pre-orders getting both). I will have to discuss with the people responsible for EUIV, how they feel about it

Can't you just do it like CKII did it with the pre-order? Those of us who pre-ordered got both the regular CKII icon and the CKII Holy Knight Icon.

This might be a stupid question, but I'd like to pre-order from Amazon.co.uk.
The Amazon.co.uk product page has different product information to Amazon.com. Amazon.co.uk seems to be showing the game as a physical product, and no pre-order bonuses. As the game is likely to be small, I'm not too worried if there isn't actually a physical product, but if I am going to pre-order I'd like to be certain I am actually getting the bonuses.

amazon.com is selling online codes (Steam) and should be providing you with the pre-order bonuses. co.uk however, is physical copies and you won't receive the pre-order bonus.
Okay. Then I'll wait until all the bonuses are revealed to see if it is worth spending the extra £7.

I guess this just means that Amazon is making a disk for a Steam key, not Paradox.
