Just a minor gripe I have with England > Angevins
Why do we have to have nation rank in name, it's honestly jarring and looks bad on the map.
Please just change the name to Angevinia or something along those lines.

Is it savegame compatible?

Sorry to post about this again but for the England/Great Britain Medditteranean Authority mission, the tree no longer provides the claims to complete this mission. Previously before Domination, the tree would provide a claim on Gibraltar and then claims on the other Mediterranean islands through the next couple of missions. Was this intended or should there be missions on the tree someplace that provide the claims to complete Medditteranean Authority?

Savegame compatible? Abandon my Kham>Tibet>Russia for double emperorship?

- This should be save game compatible! But you can always roll back if you are playing ironman and want to be on the safe side

- Please use the bug report forum to report issues with the patch, thank you! <3

- Daimyo missions now have alternative requirements other than "Is Japan" to allow Domination players to complete the mission tree before forming Japan.
This particular issue does have another element to it beyond the missions formerly being totally impossible: The Daimyo mission tree is where most of Japan's expansion missions outside of just seizing the Mandate and conquering China are. They still get lost when you form Japan.

Is it the intended design that you're supposed to hold off and colonize Taiwan, Siberia, the new world, fully conquer Korea and get started on China etc before you form Japan?

"- The decadence disaster "End the Eyalet Rebellion" will now request 60 provinces in the Europe continent instead of 50 in Western Europe specifically."
This is good - but the disaster progress to fireing still checks Western Europe specifically, same fix - different line.

Very good changes to the Ottoman stuff, nice work.

EDIT - hmm actually this is weird - the fix appears to only apply if you have no had the power struggle disaster - I assume that's for non DLC owners?

Code:
        trigger = {
            if = {
                limit = { has_disaster = tur_disaster_ottoman_power_struggle }

"- Eyalets now count as your border, meaning you can core provinces next to them."

i hope we can seize landlocked lands from eyalets. in 1.51 we couldnt do this because we couldnt core those provinces.

Did not see it mentioned in the change log, but has the parliamentary seats notification been fixed? It is persistent in declaring that seats need to be given out even if the maximum number of seats had already been granted or even exceeded.

Great to see another update. Sounds like China might actually be playable now, great news! I've been putting off a China game until they were fixed.

Ming was playable. It took a lot of work, but doable. Took humanist (first idea group), which helped immensely. Completed all but the colonization mission tree branches. However, the constant flooding was annoying, and took three starts to figure out that taking humanist was the only viable option AND not taking the mandate until all humanist ideas were completed. Annoying. Yet, predictable for PDX to implement crushing maluses for Ming, which historically lasted until the 17th century.

There seems to be an issue with Ming making the country more or less unplayable due to the Yangtze flood event. We're working to release a hotfix for this asap.

I noticed in an observer game that Ming collapsing is due to the sheer number of rebellion they get. Even at high mandate of 88 they have like 5 rebellions that I think is from estate seize land that effectively drained their manpower. Then they pass a reform that results in low mandate then more rebellions broke out. Rebellions pretty drain the manpower of Ming and causing devastations everywhere. So by 1470, Ming only have 20k of army, 0 manpower and -0.30 mandate gain from devastations. One rebellion in China is around 15k of troops so with Ming only has around 20k of army and like 4-5 rebellion at the same time, you can see why AI Ming failed spectacularly. By 1490, Ming effectively exploded.

In a nutshell,
More rebellion = more devastations = less army.
More devastations = lower mandate.
Lower mandate = more rebellion.
Less army = rebellion uncontrollable.
Rebellion uncontrollable = no more Ming.

I wonder @PDXBigBoss has play as Emperor of China in this patch.

As for the flooding events, I haven't play Ming or Emperor of China so no idea how frequent they were. But from the the sound of it, the MTTH of those events are too short. Even the flooding events are less punishing, I think the cause of Ming collapse and why Emperor of China is unfun is due to way too many frequent bad events that outweights the number of good events.

Does Novgorod get access to its Domination mission tree now? In the last patch it was still saddled with the old, pre-Domination mission tree in 1444
from what I see, Nov starts with its old mission tree, but changes to the Novgorod-Russia missions upon forming Russia, which just means Novgorod mission tree reorganized into the Russia missions

Greetings everyone!

- Aragonese missions are now properly cataloged towards the Forever Golden Achievement
- Spain can now be diplomatically formed via 90 Republican Tradition or 100 Devotion so Aragon as a Peasant Republic can form it diplomatically.

The subjects of a Peasant Republic would likely resent being ruled by a foreign peasant leader who did not share their monarchal government. Therefore, it might be more realistic and balanced to make some events trigger vassalization instead of personal unions for Peasant Republics. This way, the Peasant Republic would still gain a loyal ally, but not a direct claim to their throne.

It's good to made the flood of Yellow river amd Yangtze river less publishing,but the event is still serious.
Maybe it's good to let player could also control the flood of Yangtze river.Then the experience of player will be more equable.

More over, are the duplicate missions involving creating currency, finding the secret rice fields, establishing the four social classes, and building industry also meant to be duplicated? This seems to have made thee integration of Japanese missions and Daimyo missions messier rather than cleaner.

also will we ever find out why Siam got nerfed?
