Europa Universalis IV: Found a interesting situation - release Daimyo after become Shogunate

I think it is right place to talk about EU4. It is my first time to post something in forum.

Background:
I am playing a up to date version (1.24) of EU4. Then I found a interesting situation when I play Oda in Japan.
The story is about when Oda won a independent war and became Shogunate(not Japan). Someday, Oda(not Japan) receive a event to release a Daimyo.

Interesting:
After release Akamatsu (Daimyo), it will be under Oda (Shogunate) and Ashikaga(Grand Daimyo). Refer to screencap below.

What is Grand Daimyo? I dont know as it is no record in wiki, but I capture the taps in game.

Daimyo under two rulers, what will be affected? The attacker will be careful for traitor(s).

The design maybe a special purpose.....? as Ashiklaga tried to call other Daimyos to rival Oda and form coalition against after influence of Oda is unstoppable in real history.

But I have some concerns about a country is under two countries, tax, economy and miliatary. Also, I dont know what will happen if I release a subject directly(not event). Have someone try it? I am playing Ironman mode so I dont wanna try this action lol.

The double daimyo thing is most likely a bug

The grand Daimyo thing is just a name for being an independent daimyo + kingdom/empire rank (can't remember which rank Ashikaga start)

Happened so in my current Oda game as well, the released Daimyo was under Oda and as well under Ashikaga. Found that soon Ashikaga assimilated one of them, so when a new event triggered to release another Daimyo, I preferred not to do so and later killed Ashikaga in another two battles.

Anyway need help as to how to get rid of Daimyo government as Japan (Sukodu Law, one of the event says will trigger when Japan is not Daimyo. Have got five of them, just need one, three remaining to trigger, but I am waiting for the last 100 years for the next trigger, which is just not happening)

Err... If you formed Japan, there is no way your Daimyo. Since forming Japan will change you in to feudal monarchy.
If you're still Oda but only own Japan, just take Kyoto. It will change your government to Shogunate.

Yes my government type appears as Feudal monarchy but in one of the perquisites for trigger of event where it says Japan government is not Daimyo is unticked. Could be a bug?
