Honestly. Ukraine shouldn't exist at all in EU4 timeframe.
There should be minors Galicia-Volhynia, Kiev and Chernigov.
And I would want to see Ruthenia as a union tag for Galicia, Kiev and Chernigov. As per the Treaty of Hadiach would have created.
On a sidenote, maybe the Treaty of Hadiach is going to be a decision in game for PLC? Maybe that is why Paradox went with the name "The Commonwealth" rather than "Poland-Lithuania".
