The post before yours was made 4 months ago. The thread was dead and should have stayed that way. It's common internet etiquette.

Also, your question is better meant in the thread for whatever mod it is you use to convert a EUIV save to Vic2 since that's the only way you can do it.


EDIT: They should seriously consider locking these threads after they've served their purpose.
