- Fixed script error in Fate of Neumark and Treaty of Colln events by adding a remove_core = TEU in both cases so that Teutons lost their cores in the provinces they are selling.
- Fixed script error in the event aow_events.48 that allowed the event to try to give a cardinal to a non=catholic province. While the result was that the province if it was non-catholic wouldn't receive the cardinal, it is a better design to only allow catholic provinces to be eligible.
- Fixed script error in Event 1081 that did not check that the Papal States did not actually exist. The event won't affect Italy, though.
- Updated hindu_events.1 to have Buddha as a possible option.
- Fixed script error in flavor_bur.16 where it is not checked that NED is not a subject so the rest of the dutch minors won't join and cause a massive spike in Liberty Desire.
- Fixed script error in Event flavor_hab.3195 where a peasant austrian cultured revolt (by flavour text( can happen anywhere. The event now checks you own at least one province in the proper region and of the proper culture and fires in one of those provinces.

So should we assume that current release notes are all correct and final? Or is Johan's statement still in effect and this part about Christian countries and HRE shouldn't have been here in the first place as it's in no way related to changes between 1.30.6 and 1.31.0/1.31.1, because it's reflecting something broken during development process which wasn't shown to players in the first place?

any difference from the changelog before?

I really hope that they took some time before release to balance some monuments (alhambra?), added an monument mapmode or smth, and added an alert when upgrading a monument is possible (as well as the still missing estate agenda alert)
And rebalanced the natives (they just showed how broken it is)

Has the extreme development exploit been patched like what Spiff showcased?

And do the AI know how to properly use favours eg decline them from the player if they are being sucked dry, Feedback Gaming showed off an exploit with them.

I personally am against exploits so it would be cool if they were fixed asap.

Players are at least free to use exploits or not, and the balance is often blurry between playing well and exploiting. I'm more concerned if those exploits are actually exploited by the AI against other AIs, but we'll wait release :)

No. This is the same changelog as posted in the dev diary last week (except this one does not include the Leviathan features).

From what I've seen of the streams/youtubes the game looks very playable, and I look forward to getting stuck in tomorrow. For sure some balance things to work on, we'll likely see a 1.31.1 soon enough.

So, any info about the heir gender bug that's been a thing since last summer?
Seems the patch notes have nothing about it.
Really curious about this as well. Besides messing up AI Spain’s formation it also messes up one of the new achievements which requires a female ruler and trading in four goods (Cloves, Spices, Salt, and Sugar).

It would be rather annoying to conquer Brazil, Malacca, and salt which is fairly spread out and then never get a female heir. I guess for salt I could move my capital to a salt province then do that new concentrate development exploit... makes for only two region in need of conquest/control.

No. This is the same changelog as posted in the dev diary last week (except this one does not include the Leviathan features).

From what I've seen of the streams/youtubes the game looks very playable, and I look forward to getting stuck in tomorrow. For sure some balance things to work on, we'll likely see a 1.31.1 soon enough.
The game crashes several times for them though. During his stream, Florry had one crash without doing anything special. That never happened before. And Zwleek had several crashes and high lagged game too (but he was pushing the game). So I hope it will not be the same build because it looked slow and unstable.
