Yes it is true, there is a guide to playing as albania! I have a youtube channel with the series going on where I've upload as of right now two videos of my albanian let's play and I ASSURE YOU IT WORKS 100%. There is a way of playing albania without getting annexed and suceeding with albania. I'll post to you guys my two videos if you're curious. Thanks for reading/watching
