As far as I've seen... Either this mod is dead or it's owner is just waiting for HoI3. Damn, I really wanna play it.

The problem with HoI2 is that you cannot change the time.. This would would have been done 5 years ago if it was possible to set the game run in days, not hours.

The current screenshots of Paradox for HOI3 do not look promising for me. Perhaps we don't need to wait till HOI3. This project can be continued on HOI2 if there are some folks willing to help me to develop it, because it is too much to do for me alone

I could do some support from time to time.. I think it would be easier for volunteers to pop up if you make a list of what needs to be done =) Like how much you have done on tech teams, units, map, graphics etc
