As the HREmperor, can I force the league war by declaring on an Elector in the Protestant League?
No. You can start a war against the league members that way, but it won't count as a league war and you won't have the Religious Supremacy peace term

Hello,

Anybody knows if it is possible to trigger the Salé Republic event as Mameluks ?? I own the core of Salé and have more than 5% privateering in Seville. Also Badajoz and Granada are catholic (they belong to Spain). After many years having all the conditions the event didn't trigger. Do you know why ?

Thanks !

Yes, it is possible to get the event as the Mamluks. Do you have the Golden Century DLC and are really all the conditions of the event fulfilled? I think there might be a bug which causes privateer conditions to not work properly, so you might need more privateers.
If you don't play in ironman you can check the conditions with the console command testevent pirates.4(if you play on ironman, you can use paperman to de-ironman your save for the test)

Thanks for the answer. I have another question though, is it possible to see how Electors will vote on the next Imperial Reform after Erbkaisertum has been passed?

My capital got converted to Protestantism; is there any way to convert it back with anything other than missionaries? (The province is 200+ dev... no force on earth will give me enough convert strength...)

Do you get enough revolt risk for zealots if you assign missionary? If so.. spawn them.. do not kill them.

I am playing Inca and looking down the mission tree I see a possibility of getting an extra colonist early on, the only thing I don’t know if I can rush is “unite home region”, does that mission require all of Peru (including all uncolonised provinces such as Galápagos Islands) or just the colonised ones?

It requires all, including uncolonized provinces that have a culture that is part of your culture group.

Religious Zealot rebels can do it; the easiest way to get Zealots of your national religion is probably to revoke land from an angry Church estate

This reddit comment of mine offers a few ways to convert a province for which you don't have enough missionary strength.
Religious zealots which @atwix and @pttaylor mentioned only convert provinces if the zealots are not of your state religion. So you would have to temporarily change your state religion so that zealots of your old state religion can convert the province(AFAIK it doesn't matter if you spawn them before or after the switch). Afterwards you can accept the demands of the rebels to switch back(assuming the religion has more dev than any other religion in your country).

I am playing my first EU4 game (vanilla no DLCs) as Portugal and have created Portuguese Mexico. It has since expanded to 12 provinces via colonization but stopped expanding at that point despite the fact that there is available land adjacent to it. Also, it has not built a single unit of any kind. Is this normal?

Are there empty provinces which share a land border with them? AI colonial nations don't colonize over water. But maybe they are just too poor as somebody else pointed out. Not building units is usually a sign of not having enough income.
