ok. The question wasn't if it was worth it as far as I understood though. If one wants to test the ccr% cap, he can do so in console mode, besides!

THere are many sources of adm eff, most are impossible to stack, but the age ability is stackable with other things. Bottom line is, it's extremely difficult, but possible, to reach 100%.

Deccan > Mughals have 15% admin efficiency. Are there any other source you can get on top of this?

Effectively doable: 30% tech + 40% absolutisme + 5% Deccan + 10% Mughal mission/event + 10% Tatar mission + 5% age bonus.

But the tech 27 is available in 1760 normally, so at most early in 1745. So to still have the age bonus you need to delay Age of Revolution. It is actually doable, all you have to do is be sure that no province in the world has 30 dev or more, so Enlightnement can't appear (you can have 30 dev provinces if they are not in your capital area).

So start with a Horde having the Tatar mission tree, conquer most of the world, raze all provinces of size 30 or more before 1700. Wait for tech 27, then activate the Tatar mission, form Deccan and adopt new ideas, form Mughals and don't adopt new ideas, activate the Mughal mission/event and bam, you have 100% admin efficiency for 20 years.

Still I think this is massive overkill. And to do it you should roughly have conquered most of the world before 1700. And you lose the -25% CCR from the Mughals tradition to keep the +5% admin efficiency from Deccan.

While having 80% CCR and 85% admin efficiency from 1750 to 1820 is doable with the Deccan->Mughals, whatever country you start with, and is certainly enough for WC.

Why is Modena being converted by a nearby center of reformation when I just destroyed the last Center? There are no centers on the map. So why is it being converted? (Ferrera is still protestant and its their province, but there are no centers).

So what. There is no way stopping it even if all guides tells me this is how you should do. Force convert OPMs where the first center spawn if possible (instantly removed) and grap and convert the other ones (which I have).
Well. Good thing I managed to dissalow internal wars before everyone started to flip so I guess it doesn't really mather, but still.

Did the conversion of Modena start after you removed the center of reformation(CoR)? That should not happen. But if it already started converting the province before the CoR was removed, it is possible that the converting for this province continues. But afterwards no provinces will be converted by CoR. Maybe restarting eu4 will even stop the conversion which is in progress.

Actually Modena was the last Protestant CoT. I conquered it from Ferrera (Protestant) and converted it, then sold it back to them. Then it started converting from a CoT which are none on the map. Also, most of Germany is also converting to Protestant now (I have already revoked so it doesnt matter) without it being any CoTs on the map that I can see. I have removed two protestant and one Reformed CoT by force and they are the only one that has appeared. I know it should spawn 3 of each religion but there are none on the map.

Edit / Nevermind. It seems my game bugged out. I restarted the game and now 3 new CoTs popped up on the map which make sense based on where the conversions have been taken place. Weird. But whatever, I already revoked as I said so no biggie. They where very easy to convert also since they wherent the first CoTs.

Just in case. CoT will appear for both Protestant and Reformed faiths, for a total of 6. In all my games in Europe all 6 have always spawned. As for Germany there are a lot of events, or at least events with a low period, that can convert provinces to Protestant, even if you kill all CoT. By the way if you already revoked in 1526, as you said it is not a big issue.

Has 1.30’s release date been officially announced yet? When did they say it will be out, December, early 2020?

I know you can’t know for sure but tbh I don’t want to look for that one post where that one dev from the team said early 2020 or whatever.

How the hell does one charter a trade company off an Indian state? I played games with Spain, Ottomans, Holland and Denmark while having this feature thus far and I have never been able to charter any Indian clay. Now playing as Byzantium and according to the trade window even 30K won't buy me one. Tried improving relationship, influencing, giving gifts, getting an alliance, etc. Nothing seems to work, only for a random African or European nation to buy the patch of land I want. So what's up with that?

As for any diplomatic action in EU4 the tooltip will say you the reasons why the AI will accept or reject your proposition. Basis rules for chater companies are to have a high diplo reputation, and to not buy provinces close to another province you already own. I routinely buy provinces in India (usually three: one in NW, one in S and one in NE) at lowest possible price using these rules.

I have allied the Ottomans and pulled them into a war. I'm also in the Religious League lead by a Protestant Austria. Ottomans have warned Austria. The league war fires. Will the Ottomans join the League war against Austria? Will I be kept out of it because I'm in a war with the Ottomans?

Who is the emperor? The warning will only have an impact if Austria attacks a country that borders the Ottomans.
And are any participants in your war members of any league? That might prevent you from joining the league war.

Guys, isn't it possible to get elected as HRE Emperor right after the protestant victory, if you are not part of the HRE? As a protestant Hungary, i was the protestant war leader, allied 2 of the 3 remaining (protestant) electors during the war, still didn't get elected. 2 province Brunswick got it who had only +20 opinion with the electors.
Right after, every remaining electors are supporting me...
Is it even possible to get elected?

It is, but you need to pay super close attention to all factors protestants will have, and you still have a hefty penalty to not being in the empire.
