do you have to core the province in trade compagny into a state or let them as a territorie? and if kept as a territorie, does the govermnent reform who affect the local autonomy could be usefull? Here, my goal is to get trade compagny and maximise the profit but i'm a little bit confused...

You can only TC a province which is *not in a state*, so you should definitely leave them as a territory. TC lands enjoy a 0% autonomy floor (autonomy updates after the month tick), so you need not worry about lowering it.

As Mewar got pulled in a war by Vijayanagar against my neighbors to the north and target Gujarat. Long story short about a third of my country and a vassal get sieged, but not the capital. We are winning the war however, steadily increasing warscore having most of Gujarat sieged, so no worries. However Gujarat starts spamming negative peace offers and every time they do I lose stability. So what gives? Why the stability hits? In the end I sieged back my provinces with ease and won the war gloriously but it cost me a lot of precious admin points.

Pro strats by the AI.

Anyhow it was a separate peace deal offer, yes? You checked the overall warscore, probably didn't check your individual warscore. Congratulations on winning that war!

No.
Core them into a territory.
from wiki: "To be eligible, a province must not be part of a state, and any province that becomes part of a state will suffer automatic removal from the trade company."

I remember a "trick" where you integrated a vassal while beeing at war for cores of that vassal, then you waited for the peace deal until integration said 100% and at the same day you made peace with your enemy returning all cores.
The next day you gained all provinces and integrated the vassal immediately, does this still work?

Yes it is true.

But you can also form an European tag, and have an event changing your capital. For example Greece: all you have to do is to take and core 5 Greek provinces (Epirus , Morea , Athens, Naxos and Achaea), then cancel your states so Greek is your main state culture (above 50% of your state dev) and then take the decision, and your capital will move to Athens.

Thanks.

So silly. Hopefully someday TC's get reworked :)

I would assume they are blocked alsoi but didn't test it myself. I am tempted to keep Celestial Empire for 10% CCR from meritocracy interactions in a potential run with mandate. Tengri, yellow shamanism and syncretic Mahayana (or Hindu) still will make everyone to reach max heathen tolerance, so I am ok with lack of legitimacy bonuses. Meritocracy looks hard to keep it if you are poor though.

There is also still Zaporozhie who can just up and leave the stressful life of the celestial emperorship for the freedom of the steppes whenever. That one isn't even defeating a check like tibet, it just doesn't have one at all. I had tested Tibet yesterday and can confirm that one still works.

I think theoretically, mechanically, you might be able to get rid of it by reducing yourself to an opm in the hre and getting the emperor to offer you free city status but I'm not sure. That obviously isn't a serious consideration anyway.
