Why isn't French Peru forming? I colonized Galapagos and conquered 9 more provinces in the colonial region of which I cored 4, thus having 5 territorial cores there, but my colonial nation is still not forming.

The Galapagos and other islands like south Georgia aren't part of colonial regions for the purpose of forming colonial nations.

I have heard people change to tribal to become an horde. This will take a long time, isnt it? I have heard people claim you can become horde as Ryukyu by 1510-1520?!
The strat goes like: Colonize to New World. Change religion to some NW-religion and reform religion off some tribel nation. Now you are tribal. Becoming an horde requires every government reform, isnt it? That takes ages. Clearly i miss some part of the puzzle.

Note: Ryukyu is just some example. I also heard about some other tricks to become tribal. Becoming an horde for a tribal nation will take a while, isnt it? I am a bit confused.

There is a base reform level of 10 / year.
If you are tribal, you need 800 reform progress to become a horde. This means you need at least 80 years (at 0% autonomy) to become a horde as tribal nation.
I have heard people claiming you can become horde around 1510-1520. This is around 65-75 year. Clearly i am missing something... Someone?

Here he said 80 years. I have heard 1510-1520 too... I am really missing some thing...

Hi Guys, I got a question In regards to losing the the shogunate Goverment form & forming Nations.

Let's assume all dlc and ashikaga as the nation
When exactly do you lose the Government form(im interested in the exact moment) ?

Do you lose if:
If your primary is no longer Japanese ?
If your primary is no longer Japanese on a monthly tick ?
If your primary is no longer Japanese is again Japanese on the monthly tick, but was something else for one day ?

If your Capital is no longer in the Japan Region?
If your Capital is no longer in the Japan Region on a monthly tick ?
If your Capital is no longer in the Japan Region on the monthly tick, but was somewhere else for one day ?

Or is it based on if your one of the original Japanese tags ? (I don't think so)
Can u be a Endgame tag (like Mughals) and still be shogunate ?

I want to Attack someone my ally is garanteeing, naturally I declared another war with said ally on my side.
now I Could declare my second war and Blitzkrieg it but because of the 2nd enemies allience I fear that I would over extend my Frontlinie, thus my plan was to declare the 2nd war few months bevor ending the first.
But Then my ally would be able to get a defensic call to arms, unleses I Manage to hit some criterias weich I do not know.

I believe one would be if the war already went on for 16 month and the other is when the war Score is negativ But how much in the negativ does it have to be?

does somebody know exactly what has to Happen for them not getting a CtA?

The only criteria is you need at least 30% warscore. Any lower he can call him in, no matter how long the war has been on.

I thought this criterion only applied to regular allies, since those are the ones you can physically call into wars. Does it also apply to guarantees?
Oh, I think guarantees are only on the declaration. Like an overlord of tributaries. Since the guarantee isn't the one that call the shot, but the guarantor does. And he only gets the cta when the war is declared. But I'm not 100% sure about it.

seems like this is correct, after finishing the first war my ally was not called to arms to defend the guaranteed nation, though the guaranty stayed.

Playing as the us on extended timeline, anyone know when I’ll get additional cb’s to democratize other nations (force republican government type)?

Also this is more of a suggestions. Wouldnt it make sense if we could reverse the flow of trade? Playing as the us makes things difficult and annoying. Just saying.

Can someone explain to me what happened here? I never seen it happened before. Ottos declared war on my trade city, Morea. After 4+ years of war they finally took Morea. They have it maybe for 3 months or so. And as you can see on 27 Feb the war score was -4%, but a couple of days later it counts as total defeat? What happened there? As far as I know until everyone else peace out, the score shouldn't reach -100%... what am I missing? Also Morea still have 7k army

Your missing the game mechanic that if they occupy all province of the war leader (your trade city) for 5 years, they get 100% war score.

Is it correct that Army Tradition does not generate any dicipline or troop combat ability? Looks to me that it only generates army tradition, which technically does not make your troops more powerful at all, just makes them last longer in a fight?

Army tradition gives morale & every 10 army tradition gives around 1 general pip
