Well I recently played a timmy into yuan into Mongol empire and I wondered why you are not eligible for the achievement for 200 livestock provinces as it should be possible since it has been fixed? A shame really because it shows how you can beat the achievement on a funny not straight forward way xd.
Why am I not eligible to be emperor?
So, I'm catholic, currently emperor, and have won the HRE election for a few generations; but now all my elector friends no longer consider me to be eligible. Is it because the War of the Protestant League is still going on?
I also just had Poland's 'declare war on the nobility' event to convert from a eletive monarchy to administrative monarchy, which also removed my heir. But I'm still a monarchy and I have a new heir, and I'm still not considered Eligible. Did the event chain break my government or something?

More likely than not, it's because your heir is female and you have not yet passed the Pragmatic Sanction decision, nor could you with the IA hits you're taking.
The achievement for 200 livestock/grain provinces requires you to start the game as a Steppe Horde.
TIM starts the game as an Iqta. (Yes, in previous versions it started as a Horde. It doesn't any more.)

It is known the exact formula to be protestant league leader or i have to pause and declare when the league form?
If you hover over the current league leader it will show you their military score and the score needed to become the leader (if you're protestant, obviously, Catholic/Reformed/Anglican/Orthodox/Coptic/Other can never lead the league). Military score is determined by a combination of troop quality and force limit. Quantity Ideas is the single most powerful thing you can have to give your military score a boost.
just make sure all PU are on positive opinion when you flip to republic, and you should be fine.

Besides pushing the dismantle the HRE button (don't think AI will ever do it), is because there is no illegible countries to be emperor. Like no correct religion, monarchy, female rulers.
I have heard people change to tribal to become an horde. This will take a long time, isnt it? I have heard people claim you can become horde as Ryukyu by 1510-1520?!
The strat goes like: Colonize to New World. Change religion to some NW-religion and reform religion off some tribel nation. Now you are tribal. Becoming an horde requires every government reform, isnt it? That takes ages. Clearly i miss some part of the puzzle.
Note: Ryukyu is just some example. I also heard about some other tricks to become tribal. Becoming an horde for a tribal nation will take a while, isnt it? I am a bit confused.

I've just supported Britain's independence from their PU with Castile, and as soon as the war ends they rival me no mater what I do. We have positive relations, they don't want any of my land, and I've tried sinking the favours I got from the war into raising trust and royal marrying them, but a month or two later they always pick me as a rival. Is there any way to stop this from happening considering I can't get my trust with them to 80?
Why isn't French Peru forming? I colonized Galapagos and conquered 9 more provinces in the colonial region of which I cored 4, thus having 5 territorial cores there, but my colonial nation is still not forming.
