Full annexation, if you force vassal a nation all of their subjects become independent.
this is not the case anymore for colonizers with CN.
Their CN stay under the vassal you force.
Just saying

As of either 1.20 or 1.21, I've seen folks complaining that Austria now demands unlawful territory even if they're allies. I'm not certain that a truce prohibits it, either-although of course a truce prohibits them from using the CB if you refuse, which is enough for some players.and well, this may change from patch to patch and I play a lot of different patches, but I am pretty sure the Emperor must be able to declare war on a target to ask for the land back, so no asking allies and nobody with a truce.
No, not always. It depends. If your country were not so high (percentage) Orthodox, you would not have been able to accept demands even if they appeared until they converted more provinces over first...Question about the rules for changing your State religion. I was very surprised at what happened in my Corfu game. Corfu starts out Catholic with one province which is Orthodox. What I did was set a missionary to convert (to Catholic of course) - then I went to the rebel screen the next month and accepted demands - and my state religion was now Orthodox. I thought you had to wait for rebels to appear to accept their demands.
Is there any downside of high absolutism?
yesSo your vassal now has a CN, and when you integrate the vassal, does the CN transfer to you?
I want to create Greece as a vasall while all of the three provinces I owned had Shia Faith. But when I create Greece it will receive orthodox faith. All other provinces are owned by Ottomans and have the sunni faith. When I look at the wiki it tells me only about some 'count' values to decide about the state Religion. Is orthodox faith hard coded to Greece?
I can confirm that. But the Administration Efficiency will affect diplo annexation.I'd assume not, but could someone confirm that reduced core creation cost doesn't affect cost/time for diplo-annexation? Cheers!
So it depends on all vasall cores ignoring the current 'faith' of these provinces, right? The wiki tells something about 'capital' and the different religion instead. Very confusing.you need to take a look at all the Greece cores on the map.
If you own more then 50% of the total development of all the greek cores, you can release them as your own faith (even without converting the land first). But to be safe, Id convert it first still
This 50 rule is not listed anywhere, and one of those things good old Wiz changed to avoid players releasing all the good converter nations (like Byzantium, novgorod, teutonic order, najd, ajuuraan) as your on faith with no limit..

Isn't the 50 rule that whatever religion has 50% of the core development is what it gets released as no matter what the province(s) released or the overlord have (in the case of a tie then it goes with the default religion for the tag)?
heh, you are making me doubt now.
