Is there any way I can instantly finish the harmonization process for a religion as a ming emperor? Using a console command, or do I need to have a mod for that work?

console command is: harmony

harmony 100

This gives harmony to whoever you play, tag or spectate.

Code:
harmony [<AMOUNT>] [<Country tag> OPTIONAL]
 - Add to a country's Harmony

Attached is all console commands, but they dont work in Ironman, same with harmony.

The Harmony command will simply fill the player's harmony bar. It is the Harmonization command that is needed to instantly finish harmonizing a religion or group. Looks like it needs to be typed as "harmonization 1.0".

If you remove provinces from the HRE you get a relations hit with the emperor, of the time, so it's no big deal, plus if you become emperor later you get IA from readding them. You can add all provinces in Europe to the Empire, that includes the Ottoman lands. You only get a malus for taking HRE land from an HRE member, if you take it from France the emperor will never demand it from you. For example as Castile one of my primary goals is to get the Burgundian Inheritance, and this gets me HRE land, the Emperor has never once asked for it unless I conquer more HRE land, something I do not do until I become Emperor myself.

If you join the HRE, like I used to do with Byzantium, the Emperor also doesn't care if you take HRE land from a non HRE member, as I stated above. Or if you are not in the HRE, and take HRE land from another country not in the HRE, the emperor does not care.

My problem is precisely that the HRE members conquered provinces and added them to HRE.
What if I fight the emperor? If I take some provinces from it, will the truce cover my back, so it will not ask them back as unlawful territory?
And... what if I remove the provinces from HRE after conquering them? Is that doable? IF yes, will I avoid them to be asked back into the HRE, by doing so?

A truce will not prevent the unlawful territory demand. The only way to prevent that is to remain at war whilst coring the provinces. Once cored, the Emperor cannot ask for them back. You cannot remove them from the Empire until they are your cores.

OK, but what if I refuse the demand to return the provinces?
Will the emperor DoW me, if we have a truce, or what precisely?

If you refuse then it will give him a CB. If you have a truce then he will be unlikely to declare war immediately but he may do so once the truce expires, especially if he thinks he can beat you and your allies.

As well as that, you will get an extra 10 unrest in the province in question and you will take a relationship hit with all members of the HRE. This relationship hit can be enough to start a coalition against you if it turns enough members who have high enough AE from a positive relationship to a negative one.

All of them have negative opinion of me already, so... :D
Anyway, I should let HRE for later, still have enough other nations outside HRE to keep me busy...
Thank you!

I'm playing Corfu and my current ruler is a duchess married to a Hapsburg. Will my heir be a Hapsburg?

if austria or hungary or whoever habsburg nation is your biggest development royal marriage partner, they will spread their dynasty if your duchess dies heirless.

you can also disinherit your heir when your duchess is really old (50+) and hope she dies heirless. In that case, habsburg will spread their dynasty to you, with a habsburg noble becoming your new king.

be careful for succession war alert. if it pops up, you have to start a war, any war, until your duchess dies heirless, and until habsburg is your new dynasty.

I've never had him ask for land I had removed from the HRE, and well, this may change from patch to patch and I play a lot of different patches, but I am pretty sure the Emperor must be able to declare war on a target to ask for the land back, so no asking allies and nobody with a truce.

However, removing the land you hold from the HRE is good in a couple of ways, it will allow the Emperor to more easily pass reforms (there is a harsh malus for lands held by non HRE members), and if they can pass a few reforms for you all the better, after all the player has total control over when or if they become Emperor.

Playing as one of the countries on Madagascar, have a fleet but when it gets damaged only one ship repairs itself every tick, would take many many years to repair the whole fleet.

Why is this?

Also, 11 coastal counties should generate more than 6 sailors...

Its fairly high, does that effect ship repair speed?

Also had the same problem when trying to repair in my vassals port in Maldives, would repair 1 ship at once for 10%.

Autonomy decreases sailor generation, not sure with ship repair. Just mouse over the autonomy % in the province screen to see what it affects.

Another question, what console command can let me instantly finish my coring process for multiple provinces?

You can do it 1 by 1, but first you need to 'debug_mode' to see province ID's when you mouse over a province, then use own_core ProvinceId

Code:
own_core [<Province ID>] [<Country tag> OPTIONAL]
 - Change ownership + add core
