Does Morocco get events to expand to the two empty provinces connecting to Timbuktu or does it need to take exploration/espansion?
They get an event which you can see on the wiki. It is called "The Sudanese Expedition".

Guys, I'm playing as Granada and I just conquered all Portuguese provinces in Iberia and colonized the rest of it.
Obviously my relationship with them is -200, but for some reason improving relations does absolutely nothing. I've been sending and re-sending my diplomat there for 3 years now with no result.
Also, my attitude towards them says "rivalry", which they were before I vassalized them...
Why's that happening?

You can only improve relations so much and if a nation has enough negatives like holding several of their cores it can be impossible to get above -200

Here's the possible clause:
In order: You must be playing a custom nation, you must have normal province values and normal or historical nations, you must be the only custom nation, you must start in 1444.11.11, you must not spend more than 801 ND points, and you must not have more than 3 starting development.Code:possible = { is_playing_custom_nation = yes NOT = { num_of_custom_nations = 2 } normal_or_historical_nations = yes normal_province_values = yes ironman = yes start_date = 1444.11.11 NOT = { nation_designer_points = 802 } NOT = { total_development = 4 } }
I repeated your setup as described (Comoros as only province, didn't use all the points, Ironman) and the achievement browser is telling me Ideas Guy is available.
No, because there were far too many of them to remember. "Ideas Guy" was definitely on the list, though.Thanks for checking. Do you recall what achievements were available?
Playing as Portugal, if I am the first colonizing nation, should I get Bermuda as well, before all the other nations? Just to prevent the others to get that fast in the Carribean or North America. I tried it, and I had England colonizing the Carribeans and South America. Or should I let that open for colonization, so that they lose their time with North America (since I should have no interest in there, as English Channel trade node is not where I would want to send my trade profit to) and give me more time to grab the colonies I should aim to?
Both (Christians and Muslims have a pretty big advantage on both scores, incidentally). Also, a keen awareness of which counties are even remotely capable of being useful conversion mules as subjects.Which is more important for a One Faith run, missionaries or missionary strength?
The real point of that policy is the +20% Improve Relations, which affects things like "how fast your AE goes away". The extra accepted culture is just a sweetener. It's still better than the Humanist/Plutocratic policy, which is +10% institution spread (generally regarded as one of the most pointless bonuses) and +1 accepted culture.The policy for the diplomatic idea group paired with the humanist idea group gives an additional accepted culture slot.
Whats the point of that, how does it work?
Yes.Do I have to let this policy active for the rest of the game if I want to use that slot?
I can't remember. I think you stop accepting one of your accepted cultures when that happens.What happens if I deactivate that policy and then have an accepted culture too much?
