Pretty sure it's the first province you colonise.
Oh damn, I think you're right... *sigh* I thought that they'd pick one of the provinces among the first 5 when the CN forms.
I guess I cannot do anything to change their capitals now?

Ah. Nothing for Sunnis, though? As for zealots, already having Sikh provinces, I think I can just do the same with Sikh itself and save myself some time.
Centers of Reformation....do they eventually expire? How can I destroy them other than annex and convert?

Yes.Fairly sure they go away in 1650.
Is there a place in game to quickly view total development instead of adding it all together from the development screen?
I am finally about to move my Main Trade City from Beijing to the Malacca trade node... Does it actually matter which city I choose in the node? I own all three Centers of Trade there. Development wise, Pasai (35), Brunei (27) and Malacca (26)... but I can't see any local bonuses for actually being a country's Main Trade City, so for strategic location/roleplay purposes, I prefer to choose Malacca itself.
In fact I don't even see any bonuses for choosing a Center of Trade, so I am quite tempted to pick Johor, which includes modern day Singapore... would that be a mistake? Am I missing something important here?
