Pretty much what it says on the tin. I've had the DLC subscription for two months, last renewed October 24. Game was working fine on 11/10/21 when I last played. Tried playing today, no luck. Doesn't matter whether I roll back to the previous version or not, it shows that I have only the one DLC purchased before I got the subscription.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Uninstalling, deleting the dlc_signature.dll and reinstalling as the previous version MAY have worked in part, at least I can now continue my previous save game. The launcher still shows only the one DLC though, and I'm not sure what will happen when I start a new game.
Try exiting the Steam app then rebooting. You may then have to go back into the game and under the subscription re-download all content... exit the game.. reload the game
