EUIV demo: windowed mode?

In EU3, there was an option for windowed mode if you altered settings.txt in the game files (not sure if this was the case in EU3 demo). Is there a way to get windowed mode in EUIV demo? I cannot seem to find settings.txt anywhere in the demo game files. Maybe it's only available for EUIV users?

I also need to know if this feature exists. I use the Win7 magnifying utility to read the text in these games.

Change the "fullScreen=yes" to "fullScreen=no"

Someone posted earlier that there are some problems with windowed mode for the demo. One of the developers responded that it is ready in release but was not for the demo.
