- British and Spanish missions that require passing an HRE reform are now updated for Emperor
- Burgundian mission fallback will no longer join hre if it doesn't exist
- Fixed Ansbach succession event requiring wrong ruler for Ansbach
- Fixed Bohemian mission requiring wrong rival when PLC exists
- Fixed CTD that can happen when AI was working with an agent that only consisted of mercs
- Fixed OOS that happen if you have negative seperatism in a province.
- Fixed Peace treaty to enforce peasant republic on others
- Fixed bug where it wouldn't give full payout in gold peace treaty
- Fixed duplicate mission id's in script, which was causing some mission art to display incorrectly
- Fixed no loc for Hussite Traditions event for non-Hussites
- Fixed no tier 3 gov reforms for rev empires without emperor dlc
- Fixed some development agendas picking non-state core provinces
- French Auld Alliance mission no longer requires the British country to be independent
- Hotkey for Attach army no longer overlaps, it is now 'h'. You might need to reset hotkeys through the new manager to make it work
- Italian nations must now lose a war to the Emperor to be considered reined in for Shadow Kingdom, rather than losing any war
- Lubeck mission can no longer grant a CB against Norway if it doesn't exist
- Pope should now always be Catholic when released as a vassal
- Updated location of Genoa trade node for All Your Trade achievement
- Fixed bug with how scaling reform desire modifier was applied

Has the AI-not-joining-HRE-whatsoever problem been addressed? After 1.30.2 they just wouldn't join the HRE anyway
Just being curious:) Otherwise won't continue my broken AEIOU campaign
I think that's WAD, AI should join the HRE only in very exceptional cases (like in earlier versions). The 1.30.1 situation was a bug.

So AI still will be drowning in debts? I'm playing only on VH difficulty, but this doesn't help. In my current campaign Ottomans have almost 5k debt by 1530 year. Last time they wage war was about 50 years ago. Actually, the only major in sight, who are waging active wars is Mamluks. The others just sits or help some of their minor allies to beat other minors, but they don't do anything for themselves. Dead world isn't really fun to play.

Just to be sure: The Emperor doesn't need to be the main belligerent, right? If the Emperor is called into a war against one or more of them, they will be considered reined in? It's exactly what happens in 1.30.2.

Just to be sure: The Emperor doesn't need to be the main belligerent, right? If the Emperor is called into a war against one or more of them, they will be considered reined in? It's exactly what happens in 1.30.2.
From looking at the script, as I understand it, the Emperor needs to be the nation sending the peace deal.

While after testing the current patch 1.30.2, several countries are still not joining even though they're vulnerable and having super good relationships (200/200) with the AUS (me)
It's just, super weird
OK I wasn't aware of that.

Has the Florence disaster been fixed?

Any word on the AI and it just letting its mercs sit around, doing nothing?
They go into debt by hiring them and dont even use them. Its really important to look at this as well.

Still good work. The peace treaty bug was annoying several players in my mp group.

Well, the HRE is not a confederation, and this is why it was always weird for me that a country could join her. I was playing as Brandenburg and had a PU over Denmark. Since we had been living for 40 years in peace and harmony, the Imerial Incident popped up so that the Imperial diet could discuss if Demark should or sould not join the HRE. I don't know if it's just a special case made for Denmark, but actually I think this is the most proper way how a country should join the HRE. Maybe if you subjugate them, they will join like this.

Well, the HRE is not a confederation, and this is why it was always weird for me that a country could join her. I was playing as Brandenburg and had a PU over Denmark. Since we had been living for 40 years in peace and harmony, the Imerial Incident popped up so that the Imperial diet could discuss if Demark should or sould not join the HRE. I don't know if it's just a special case made for Denmark, but actually I think this is the most proper way how a country should join the HRE. Maybe if you subjugate them, they will join like this.
This isn't Denmark specific, but its a generic incident (incident_pu_subject_joins_empire) which requires an HRE nation to have a PU with a non-HRE nation for at least 20 years.

Nations are also considered reined in for the purposes of the Shadow Kingom if one of the following applies (in addition to losing a war to the Emperor):
  • Have an alliance with the Emperor.
  • Is a subject of the Emperor.
  • Is a Free City.
  • Has at least 150 opinion of the Emperor.

Nations are also considered reined in for the purposes of the Shadow Kingom if one of the following applies (in addition to losing a war to the Emperor):
  • Have an alliance with the Emperor.
  • Is a subject of the Emperor.
  • Is a Free City.
  • Has at least 150 opinion of the Emperor.
I know (in fact, it could be nice for the decision to show exactly those options in detail). However, a third of them were reined in because Burgundy (my ally) attacked Provence and the latter had some HRE Italian minors as allies. Defeated them, but Burgundy worked out the peace deal and I got them reined in! :)

There is a strange bug I found while looking into your files
these two really different icons:

are named in the same way, both in the gfx folder, and in the interface file:
first one:
