Hmm postmen are supposed to leave package delivery notifications so you can pick the packages up at the PO, not send them back to sender. I'd file a complaint with your local PO if that is what happened, because it shouldn't according to the Postal rules.

And its a little bit more profit for Paradox so all the better.

What people are supposed to do and what they actually do are usually very different things (as seen from this release )

I'll probably order it from paradox and have it shipped to a relatives home to be safe, now if only I can remember my password for my visa card. Damn Visa and their fraud protection, I want my EU3 CE now!

Or i wonder if Paradox Plaza will allow me to order CE from them using a Canadian Credit card but ship to a US address (most online companies dont allow this).

That will be the only way i could get it then....

I would assume that Super Target here will have it by the end of the week, much faster than me ordering it from Paradox to my Canadian Address and shipping it here to my US Address.

I really hope we can get some clarification on this, or I'll have to go buy the standard edition.

I tried to order online through Paradox, but every time I tried my CC company flagged the transaction as fraud <sigh>. Since Paradox offers no other way to buy that game from them other than using a Visa card I have to resort to buying the game local.

If there's anywhere we should be able to buy EU3 CE it should be in my hometown (Minneapolis). Target does have it's Natl. Headquarters here, after all!

I was asking the previous poster if he had called the 6 stores in his area.

I recommend that you call the Target stores yourself. You can get the stores phone number from www.target.com

just got back from my "local" target greatlands. and people are right, they only have the CE at Target Super Stores.
and guess what?
there aren't any in massachusetts. not for 100 miles!
so I'm ordering the CE from paradox's website.

I think Im going to order from Pdox online. Cant seem to track it down up here either and I pretty much got the same response when I asked "are you guys carrying EU3" the response I got back was "is that for the Wii?" " no I say "its for the PC" he says "can you spell it for me"

I know these guys dont get paid much to sit behind the counter but this is a video game store and you should know about this game. Granted most of them are 18 years old and dont anything beyond BF2 or Halo.

...what the hell? There are seven targets in my zip code, two of them Greatlands. Where do these fabled SuperTargets even exist? I just checked, not within 100 miles of San Francisco, LA, or Sacramento. Are there any even in California? We are the largest (population wise) state in the entire nation and they can't even be bothered to sell the CE here?

You have the option to send the game to another address then your Card address.

21 states, not even half the country. And sure enough, none at all in California but 35 in Texas.

I do understand that but most internet shopping sites will no allow a radically different address (like a US Shipping address with a Canadian billing address) for anti fraud issues.

I live in Chicago and can tell you that there are several in the suburban area but none in the city itself. SOO, the closest one is almost 20 miles of traffic clogged interstate away. Kind of hard to get to without a car.

If it makes you feel any better, my pre-ordered copy from paradox shop still has not shown its self. That’s what I get for having my girlfriend pre-order it for me for Christmas.
