euii wont work!

Can anyone help me? I am running windows 7 I installed the game and I am getting a message saying it can't run because d3dx9.35dll is missing. The program reccomended reinstalling, which I have done twice but with no sucess. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this to work?

I would check the tech support forum and post there. You'll get better answers there.

this is a directx file , are you sure you have the latest of 9? (i think EU3 uses c)
