my pc has double the required specs to run this game and i don't have any problems with other games. for example i play kiaserreich on hoi4 and it is always smooth. the paradox launcher slows game when i try going through the launcher to access my game. i downloaded GeForce to run my game through that but it was the same problems. i have bought a 6 month subscription and only try to run major expansions and not added bits like music packs. i have also turned of non essential settings like shadows and trees to try and improve my fps but it doesn't help. i have also tried just running mandate of heaven but it seems to much once again. because i thought it was a launcher problem i have tried opening the game trough local files and straight from the application but because i do this it doesn't register my dlcs and i cant link my account in game for some reason. 8i have unticked compress save game files but that hasn't helped. i have windows 10 and my pc has all the specs it needs and i am out of things to try can someone please help me or someone you know help me i have alot more info if youd like it but i dont have the energy to type it all out but ill answer any questions you have
