Qara ideas are >>>>> Persia

TC regions = trade company, not sure if you have Wealth of Nations DLC though

I'm ashamed to say, I have ALL....dlcs.....but I'm still not familiar with all the slangs of the game....
and I don't know if you, have cradle of civilization, the last dlc, but QARA QOYUNLU and PERSIA ideas are different, a lot

How is the development in provinces with valuable trade goods? High trade development in provinces with fish doesnt bring in much money.
Have you accidentally given valuable provinces to estates? Where are your merchants placed? Do you try to grab trade from India? How much control do you have over your home trade node (and where is it)?

ok, so...I did almost 0 development, I got no points after techs, ideas, stability generals and so on......maybe I gave some important lands to estates...but all the merchants are placed in trade nodes

2 merchants are not much to work with but it should be enough to pull some India trade into Basra unless India blobbed.
Or you could try to collect several times in your territory to get as much wealth out of trade before it goes to the Ottos.

I assume that your home trade node is still Persia? Otherwise it would be pointless to send trade there from Persia.
You can move ylur trade capital to Aleppo to free up that trader but you need a lot more ships there. It wouldn't surprise me if the Ottos have 50% of trade influence there because of ships.

The 46 territories you have give you nothing. From your 2k development you might even have less state territory than the Ottos as the land in your area is quite poor.
Increasing trade is the fastest way to increase your income besides destroying several forts. A screenshot of the trade map, especially of the Alepo trade node would be helpful.
And you need lots of light ships.

Pirate.....I tried but it's not worth it I get less than sending ships to aleppo and collecting there.....also I'm trying to build some shipyards, but....how many more naval force limit gives each of them? it should be 2 right? but I built at least 10-15 of them and I went from 35 to 42 naval force limit.....
2 merchants are not much, but I'm not gonna take trade ideas I think.....
Ok, 46 territories give almost nothing, what I should do? I stated the...states I thought were the best, and many of the vassals I integrated, but the ottos are too much for me, they reached more than 200 monthly now......what the what.....

There is no way that sentence is true.

Maybe you were looking at "trade income". Pirating Constantinople gives spoils of war.

Others can probably give better advise but the ships in Basra are not needed. Send them to Aleppo. 39% there is bad although the bleed is less than feared. And you completely miss out on the Alexandria trade but I do not see how to get significant income from that with only 24% (if I read that screenshot right). Have you my chance not maybe the Center of Trade into states?
You instead of steering in Basra you could try collecting in Astrakhan instead.
I expected you to have a higher naval fleet limit though. Also, make sure the Center of Trade in Aleppo have the highest market building and the state edict is set to increase trade power.
If I see correctly the Mamelukes still hold Cairo? Get that to get more trade power there, making Cairo another possibility to collect and this should also prevent the Mamelukes from steering trade in Basra.

But others might have better ideas.

I did all the tries and basra seemed a good point, and I don't even know how, anyway the mama holds a little province and not cairo, wich I stated and gave to the burghers

Also going over force limit in navy is far less expensive than going over on army. You can probably easily be forty ships over the limit, and they could probably generate more than you'd be losing.

Have you started building manufactories yet? Trade value in Persia seems a little on the low side; you're not losing much, it's just not that big to start with.

You should also expand in different directions. Something you should do in other campaigns from day one, but you can still make it up in this campaign. Your first priority should be India, to get all the trade companies there. Since you border India, you can start immediately.
Second priority should be southeast Africa with the trade company land and the gold mines there. Third the gold mines in East Africa/Ethiopia. All your territory in the Caucasus and north of that is virtually worthless, not really worth conquering.

Yeah but I'd like to optimize with what I have and not what I should have had.....I didn't expand in India because of the AE, but my next goal is to go there, now I have to do something with this situation

It's affected by local autonomy. So building a 2 FL building in a 75% autonomy province gives you .5 FL.

As others have advised, spend the DIP to move your main trade city to Aleppo and leave merchants steering in Persia and Basra (minor stacking steering bonus) and pirate in Constantinople (and maybe Alexandria). The merchant currently collecting in Aleppo results in a steep haircut to your trade power in Aleppo, whereas if you had your trade capital in Aleppo, that haircut is eliminated and you get a 5% bonus to trade power.

The trade ships in Basra would certainly be better used in Aleppo, but you may or may not be able to get them there (depends on whether you've explored (or stolen maps) to clear the TI around the cape and western Africa).

if they can't reach aleppo, just sell them or scrap them and build a bunch more in the mediterranean/black sea. they're so cheap it wouldn't be much of a set back at all, and it would quickly pay for itself

Delete at least a half of your forts, that would make you at least 8 ducats, you have too much of them. Just keep a few of the mountain/highland ones to lure the enemy stacks into them and relieve for combat bonuses.
Serisousy, 3 forts in Caucasus are in neighbouring provinces with the 4th one close nearby? Did you just place them randomly? Its no wonder your income is negative.
Also, pulling trade into Persia should make tons of money

I suspect he "inherited" those forts from conquests and has never rationalized his fort placement.
........:D, that's something I usually do when I have 6-7-10 years of peace, never had those until now

For the ships guys, I used a template to build them, and the game built those 9 in the red sea....so they can't reach aleppo, I'll sell them

As others have advised, spend the DIP to move your main trade city to Aleppo and leave merchants steering in Persia and Basra (minor stacking steering bonus) and pirate in Constantinople (and maybe Alexandria). .
The trade ships in Basra would certainly be better used in Aleppo, but you may or may not be able to get them there (depends on whether you've explored (or stolen maps) to clear the TI around the cape and western Africa).

I should send pirates to Alexandria?! This is what I don't get.....that's ok for Constantinople, since I don't own a single province in that node, but Alexandria is 95% mine....shouldn't I be able to get gains in a another and more effective way from that node?

It's affected by local autonomy. So building a 2 FL building in a 75% autonomy province gives you .5 FL.
So many things I still don't know.....thank you, I was getting mad trying to figure out this one

Terrible. The game has a pause button, you know.
There is not reason not to make sure your realm is in top condition every few days.

houldn't I be able to get gains in a another and more effective way from that node?
Alexandria node is a useless piece of trash no matter what you do.

I should send pirates to Alexandria?! This is what I don't get.....that's ok for Constantinople, since I don't own a single province in that node, but Alexandria is 95% mine....
What do you mean 95% yours?
No one cares how many provinces you own in a node which has 3 exits to nodes with massive amounts of provincial tradepower propagating upwards.

The main reason for not making any real money from trade is the fact that the Ottomans still exist.
You should be in their place, Tradecapital in Constantinople with full control over Aleppo and Alexandria, steering money from Aleppo into Const, ignoring Alex completely.
Your second merchant sitting at either Transoxiana or Sind depending, until you get more of them as you conquer India and secure the Aden node so nothing leaks west and south.
