Eu4 version names: 1.30? Odd. Why not 3.0

I like the current numbering system as it's easier to keep track of how many patches have been released, with hotfixes being after the second period. For those claiming it should be EU 4.30.4, no, this is version 1.30.4 of EU IV. There's a significant engine change from EU III to IV, last I checked you can't update one to the other, they are different entries in your software library. However if they had done 2.0 and 3.0, I'd be looking forward to 4.20.69.
