I dont know that is happening but I seem to get an error when I try to run the converter it keeps saying : The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
All i have touched was the configs text file.
I loaded 2 text files both have the same name, one is my own text file where I edited the directory lines while the other is the page I started with.
What am I doing wrong?
I see from the Victoria 2 directory there was :
# Victoria 2 directory: a path on your computer where Victoria 2 is installed
V2directory = "D:\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 2"
But I do not have victoria 2 in there for some reason.
