EU4 to VIC2

I am trying to convert my Eu4 game into Vic 2 I am using a mod and when I try to convert the file it says
"the converter returned 3723 lines."
"Only showing the last 1500"
"converting save..... failed!"

May have failed because of the mod you're using. But wrong forum and seriously lacking any helpful information.

What converter, what mod, what game version, where's the save file?
