Eu4 MP crashes

So, My friends and I have started an mp game about 2 days ago. We were playing for one day normally, with some minor freezes, and few "normall" crashes(after 20-30 years of game time). On the second day, when we were about to start the game I have experienced a crash during the country selection/starting up the game (I'm a host), then when we finally have started the game my friend has crashed when I clicked "the start button". After a few attempts to start the game we have succeeded. We were playing for 5-10 years when my friend had a crash during autosave. My other friend have also experienced it, so do i. So my question is what could possibly go wrong? how can we fix it? Could it be a new hotfix fault? We removed all traces of Eu from our PCs and reinstalled it, but it kept crashing

Here's my MP checklist for this game:

- make sure all players have opened the required Steam ports in all their active firewalls (each player may have up to 3)

- all players delete their documents/paradox/eu4/gfx/ folders, and let the game recreate them
- use no mods at all
- all players use the same language in-game
- when anyone gets an OOS error, re-host the game immediately, as it will almost certainly crash soon
- start your multiplayer games and wait half a minute or so before unpausing without any player performing any action at all. Only after the game has been unpaused should players begin doing actions like setting rivals, declaring war etc.
