EU4 Map is blue

I have about 400 hours of game time. I logged in an updated EU4 yesterday. I purchased El Dorado, Art of War and Common Sense today and logged in again to find my game has a completely blue screen. It doesn't matter if I've selected a nation and went into the game or if I'm the selection screen everything is blue. The test is still there. So, I can see which nation is which and I can see the borders of the nation but there is nothing else. I've removed the game and installed it twice without success. Everything else in the game look perfect. This is just an issue with the map and the coloring with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 3rd removal seems to of fixed my issues. The 3rd install was a previous patch. Sorry!

Sorry, I'm still having issues with the most recent patch. I was able to go back to 11.4 and everything looked find. Going to 12.1 my screen is completely broken
