Hello I encountered what appears a bug.
When you decide switch tag while being Mandate of Heaven it will reset your mandate on 60 and nullifies the reforms. I don't know is this how it should be doing but I think it shouldn't.
I think it is because in code it will make that when another tag takes MOH from another tag and it isn't looking anything other valuables. (Haven't seen the code but I expect that.)
My game doesn't have any Mods and have all the major DLC (not all music or unit DLC).
Here is the save data where you can see it when you switch tag from ming to manchu.
