EU4 Lag "Stutter"

Europa Universalis IV problem
I am still unable to post anywhere but here.

Europa Universalis IV stutters as you scroll the map at most zoom levels.
Its nothing to do with the new graphics settings, it stutters even if all the effects are turned off and the map is bare.

I am using an Intel I5 dual core 3,6ghz 16gb ddr3 with an geforce gtx 570

PROBLEM: You mods just close this threads saying "post in tech forum" but we cant because there is a spam protect so new members cant post there 1 week and cant read anything and we who bought the games now have the problem that the game is unplayable (lag like HUUUGE with the stutter, fuck even the CLOUDS stutter, perhaps its the reason ? where to turn them off ?) ... guys please say what i can do where i can look and not say "look tech forum post tech forum etc" and close this because well we new users simply CANT...

I just have this week my holiday and i really wanna play this game , i put my alarm to the start of the game and now i cant play and all i get is "wait 5 days to post in tech forum" ... plz help

Hi Sorry you encountered a difficulty.
By registering your game you should be able to bypass the 5 day anti spam measure.
Are you saying you still cannot post in the tech support forum?
When you look at a thread there can you See the threads? at the bottom left of the screen it lists you permissions "You may post new threads" ...
Does it tell you you can A) post new threads or B) posts replies ?
